We develop new features while maintaining the live system. We learn how people use it and how its modules depend on each other. With each change, we use that knowledge to assess the impact on daily work and plan deployment.
When a change involves the application, its integrations and infrastructure, we plan the work together. We identify dependencies and agree who is responsible for each part. We can deliver the project ourselves or work alongside your IT team.
