Video conferencing system from a PCB driver to applications

About the project

For Tacodi, we develop a video conferencing solution that spans both hardware and application layers. We deliver a driver designed for a custom PCB together with desktop and mobile applications for conducting video meetings.

The project combines low-level support for a dedicated device with desktop and mobile video conferencing applications. This allows every layer — from hardware communication to the user interface — to operate as one cohesive product.

The Tacodi product required a dedicated device to be combined with an extensive application environment for video communication. Both layers had to be developed as parts of one solution.

Scope of work

We deliver an end-to-end solution: from the device driver to the application layers responsible for video meetings.

Development of a driver tailored to the dedicated PCB.

Integration of the device with the remaining system components.

Development of desktop and mobile video conferencing applications.

Coordinated development of the hardware, communication, and user interface layers.

Results

  • A cohesive connection between dedicated hardware and the application layer.
  • A driver tailored to the custom PCB and device requirements.
  • Desktop and mobile applications for conducting video conferences.

Have a system, product or business area you want to build or develop?

You do not need a finished specification. A problem, idea, or direction to validate is enough. We will talk through the goal, constraints, and the first step that makes sense commercially and technically.
