About the project
Cateromarket.pl was running on a legacy system that had become increasingly difficult to maintain and extend. We took over the existing business logic and rebuilt the service on a new technology foundation while preserving continuity across its key processes.
The modernization went beyond recreating the existing functionality. After launching the new version, we continued to add features, giving Cateromarket a platform that is easier to maintain and better prepared for evolving business needs.
The legacy architecture made the service difficult to maintain and limited the safe delivery of further changes. The system had to be rebuilt without losing its essential business logic or disrupting operational continuity.

We first analysed the existing system and the dependencies between its processes. We then rebuilt the key areas on a new technology foundation and continued extending the platform with additional features.
