About the project
ISO TRADE manages a broad product portfolio sold across multiple markets. Its graphic team prepares packaging, labels, manuals and product materials, so growing demand required one place for priorities, files, deadlines and approvals.
The objective was to replace fragmented communication across messages and spreadsheets with a consistent workflow that shows the current status of every project and ownership of the next step.
As the number of products and asset variants grew, coordination became increasingly expensive. Task details, deadlines and feedback were fragmented, making it difficult to assess progress and team capacity quickly.
Scope of work
We built a system covering the full graphic workflow, from brief intake and assignment to review, approval and reporting.
Central project queue: one view of tasks, priorities, deadlines, ownership and statuses for the entire team.
File and approval workflow: assets, comments and change history remain connected to the relevant request and current stage.
Workload planning: coordinators can manage designer capacity and respond earlier to tasks at risk of delay.
Operational reporting: the system exposes progress, turnaround time and stages that require a decision or additional input.
Results
- One source of information: tasks, briefs, files, comments and deadlines are available in one system.
- Better workload control: coordinators can see the work queue and assign tasks across the design team with full context.
- Faster approvals: change history and clear statuses reduce questions and the risk of working on an outdated asset.
- More predictable delivery: progress reporting supports product launch planning and earlier identification of delays.
