AI Vision and image analysis
Does manual inspection take too long while defects or missing parts still reach the next stage? We build image analysis systems that detect specified problems, count objects and check that all parts are present. We connect the solution to your cameras and the software your team uses.
Discuss image analysisYour team sees which product needs a closer look
Staff see an image, the marked area and the reason it needs inspection. Before deciding to deploy, you see how many defects the system misses, how often it raises false alarms and how long processing takes. This helps you assess the effect on work at the inspection station.
What you receive
- A workstation assessment and requirements for cameras, lighting and samples
- A recognition pilot for a selected product, defect or task
- A performance report with error examples and processing times
- Recognition results delivered to the workstation or production system
Where we can help
Quality inspection
Detect agreed surface, packaging or assembly defects. Results can reach the inspection station with an image marking the area that needs review.
Counting and completeness
Recognise products and check whether all parts of a set are present. Link results to a batch, order or another process identifier.
Images and video
Classify images, detect objects and find specified events in recordings. We agree on response times, retention and how results reach the next step.
Getting started and what to expect
You can commission the first stage on its own. We agree on the work and its cost before starting, and you decide what comes next based on the results. If you already have a specification or assessment, we use it to plan the work.
Workstation assessment and trial plan
You receive an assessment of images, cameras and lighting, plus the changes needed. We select a product and defect type for the first trial. The plan defines samples, evaluation criteria, pilot scope and price.
Results on new images
The report shows detected and missed defects, false alarms and processing times. We use images that were not used for tuning. You see which cases the system recognises and how much manual inspection remains.
A solution at the workstation
Results reach the agreed interface or system with the image and product identifier. Your team receives procedures for errors, manual checks and retesting after a product or operating condition changes.
Frequently asked questions
We check resolution, sharpness, lighting and image access. The pilot will show whether the current equipment is sufficient and what needs changing.
Show us what you need to recognise
Describe what staff inspect today, the mistakes that occur and what should happen after a defect is detected. We will identify the images and workstation information needed for an assessment.
After reading your message, we will follow up with questions and suggest a conversation about scope and pricing.
