Data warehouses and analytics
Do reports depend on several spreadsheets while sales, warehouse and accounting figures disagree? We connect data from your systems and build data warehouses and reporting. Your team can compare sales, costs and stock levels without manually assembling every report.
Discuss data and reportingShared data for reporting, decisions and AI
You know where figures come from, when they were refreshed and which discrepancies need attention. Agreed definitions let you compare results across departments and periods. We start with one report or data domain. The same organised sources can later serve applications and AI.
What you receive
- Source map, data quality assessment and agreed metric definitions
- A data warehouse or smaller analytical layer suited to the first use case
- Automated ingestion, completeness checks and error monitoring
- Reports or APIs with permissions, documentation and a support plan
Where we can help
Sales and margins
Combine orders, costs, returns and settlements. We agree on how metrics are calculated so channel and product comparisons follow the same rules.
Warehouse and operations
Data from ERP, WMS and stores helps track inventory, fulfilment time and exceptions. Reporting shows data freshness and discrepancies that need review.
Data for applications and AI
We prepare selected data and access interfaces for search, assistants or automation. We define which information a solution may read and on whose behalf.
Getting started and what to expect
You can commission the first stage on its own. We agree on the work and its cost before starting, and you decide what comes next based on the results. If you already have a specification or assessment, we use it to plan the work.
Source analysis and the first use case
You receive an assessment of data availability and quality, agreed metric definitions and a solution recommendation. The plan includes the scope and price of the first implementation. You know which sources can be used and what needs resolving.
A first report for daily work
Your team receives a report or API access to the agreed data. Results are reconciled with sources, and refreshes, permissions and error handling are tested. You can assess the value before adding further sources.
Support and additional sources
Your team can see when data was last updated and whether any imports failed. Sources and metric definitions are documented. We plan further reports, integrations and support around users’ needs and the agreed budget.
Frequently asked questions
Not always. Access to documents or an existing system’s API may be enough for a single use case. A warehouse makes sense when you need to combine several sources, retain history or standardise reporting. Discovery helps determine the scope.
Start with a report your team can trust
Tell us which data you combine manually and what information your team needs. We’ll agree on the sources to review and the scope of the first implementation.
After reading your message, we will follow up with questions and suggest a conversation about scope and pricing.
