Search and knowledge assistants
Do staff search manuals, procedures and past tickets or keep asking experienced colleagues the same questions? We build search tools and assistants that help find answers in available documents. Users see the source and can check the relevant passage before using the information.
Discuss your knowledge baseFind an answer without searching document after document
Staff ask a question and receive an answer based on sources they can access. They can open the manual, procedure or similar case behind it. We test quality with your team’s questions, including those the documentation cannot answer.
What you receive
- A map of knowledge sources, permissions and missing content
- A search tool or assistant with links to source documents
- Test questions from your team and a quality report, including questions the documents cannot answer
- Connections to authentication and sources, plus a documentation update process
Where we can help
Technical documentation
Find instructions, parameters and fault descriptions. The assistant points to the document and passage supporting its answer.
Internal procedures
Help staff find current rules and instructions. We agree on content owners, document versions and access permissions.
Customer support knowledge
Search knowledge bases, catalogues and selected support tickets. Staff can use the sources to prepare customer replies.
Getting started and what to expect
You can commission the first stage on its own. We agree on the work and its cost before starting, and you decide what comes next based on the results. If you already have a specification or assessment, we use it to plan the work.
Sources and scope of the first version
You receive a map of documents, access rules and gaps in the content. We select questions the tool should help answer. The plan covers the first sources, evaluation criteria and the price of a trial deployment.
Answers your team can evaluate
Your team tries the search using the agreed documents. The report assesses answer quality, the relevance of sources and questions that still need human help. We also test a separate set of questions that was not used to refine the solution.
Knowledge available in daily work
Users sign in and access sources they are authorised to use. We agree on how documents are updated and who is responsible for their content. You receive tests to verify access permissions and answer quality after future changes.
Frequently asked questions
Often it is enough to retrieve relevant passages and provide them to the model with the question. This approach is called RAG. We assess any need for further tuning after testing.
Tell us what knowledge your team needs to find
Share example questions and where the answers are stored. We will select the first sources and define how to evaluate the search.
After reading your message, we will follow up with questions and suggest a conversation about scope and pricing.
